Each state or county has their own alcohol laws and regulations related to these products. Please check with your appropriate agencies. Each individual accepts full responsibility for their state verification. We do not ship to the following states: UT, TN, AK & HI

All purchases must be made by individuals age 21 and older. Delivery carrier will require proof of age, and a signature is required for all deliveries. Only persons age 21 and older can accept delivery.

The Bottle Bazaar reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to revise these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued and ongoing use of the Website following any such changes acknowledges your acceptance of those changes and their applicability to you. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions of use, please do not use this Website. In the event you breach any of these terms and conditions of use, and if you are not over the age of 21, your right to use this Website shall automatically terminate.

  • BOTTLE BAZAAR DOES NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS OR RETURNS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.If we decide to make an exception, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If the product in question was initially shipped free of charge due to any promotions, we will deduct forty dollars ($40.00) from the refund for shipping and handling.

  • Failed Delivery Attempts.If you fail to receive your order after the allocated number of attempts of delivery under the shipping agency’s policies, and the product is sent back BOTTLE BAZAAR, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If the product in question was initially shipped free of charge due to any promotions, we will deduct forty dollars ($40.00) from the refund for shipping and handling. If the package is returned to Bottle Bazaar damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.

  • Exchanges and Store Credit.Exchanges and Store Credit are determined on a case-by-case basis, but are limited to the following scenarios:

     1. Damaged Product.If your product was received significantly damaged, you may be eligible for an identical replacement if the product is in stock and you have purchased shipping protection insurance at the time of checkout. In the event that the product is no longer in stock, you may be eligible for store credit in the amount of the purchase price of the damaged item, including shipping costs.

    2. Incorrect Orders.If the product you received does not match the product on the receipt of your order, we will ship you the correct item that matches your receipt upon receiving the incorrect item back via aBottle Bazaar provided return label. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue you store credit in the amount of the purchase price of the incorrect item.

  • All sales are final. If you need to cancel an order that has not yet been packaged or shipped a refund may be issued at our discretion and a twenty five percent (25%) fee will be applied.

Purchase of Alcoholic Beverages: By placing your order, you have represented to Bottle Bazaar that you are at least 21 years old and are giving 100% consent to Bottle Bazaar to charge your credit card for the total amount of your order.

1. You represent to Bottle Bazaar that all items purchased on the Site are for personal consumption and not for resale. You will be charged sales tax, if any, as may be assessed by your State for the sale of alcoholic beverages; otherwise sales tax will be assessed on the sale as charges sales tax for anything sold in this State. You will also be responsible for any local taxes imposed by your State, if any.

Title to Goods:Laws concerning the sale and shipping of alcoholic beverages are complex and vary from State to State. Accordingly, you will be the legal owner of the goods when your funds have been processed and received, and all or any holds have been cleared. Title to all alcoholic beverages purchased on this Site pass to you in the State of when the goods are picked up by the common carrier.

Shipping Laws:You are responsible for abiding by all State and local laws, rules, and regulations of your State pertaining to the receipt of alcoholic beverages from out of state. You additionally represent you have obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, are working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, and are legally entitled to take possession of the alcoholic beverages. You further represent you are legally entitled to take possession of the quantities ordered, and that you and the person accepting delivery of the alcoholic beverages are at least 21 years of age.

Shipment Processing, Costs and Delivery:Once an order is placed and processed by Bottle Bazaar, a tracking number will be provided to the customer. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, destination, delivery method, & the adult-signature requirement.

  1. Please allow 3-5 Business days for an average order to ship.
  2. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.
  3. All products delivered must be signed by an adult over the age of 21. Deliveries will not be left at any address or with any individual without such signature. You are responsible for checking your order immediately upon delivery. Items must be reported as missing or incorrect within three (3) business days from the date of delivery.
  4. It is recommended to send your orders to a business address to prevent missed deliveries.
  5. In the event an incorrect item was shipped, you must submit a photo of the sealed bottle along with your receipt or order number in an email to contactbottlebazaar@gmail.com

Legal:If any of these terms and conditions (or any portion thereof) or the application of any such provision (or any portion thereof) to any person or circumstance shall be held invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision hereof (or the remaining portion thereof) or the application of such provision to any other persons or circumstances, and the parties shall endeavor to fulfill the intent of the severed provision to the extent permitted by law.
