Size: 750mL Proof: 75 (37.5% ABV) Origin: United Kingdom Distillery: The Beefeater Distillery Beefeater master distiller Desmond Payne MBE experimented with several different techniques before he settled on the recipe for this new pretty-in-pink variant, which is made using the original Beefeater London Dry Gin recipe. The strawberry flavour is added post-distillation. Nose: Aromatic and earthy summer berry notes lead, with warm peppery juniper, caster sugar and a vibrant floral elegance underneath. Palate: Creamy vanilla and a generous pinch of black pepper surround the soft and supple strawberry. Bright juniper and a touch of acidity with a little hint of citrus fill the backdrop.
