This includes juniper and basil from Europe, jungle pepper and baobap from Africa, angelica root and red pepper from America, cherry blossom and ginger from Asia, and eucalyptus from Australia - among others! Ingredients from five continents, all coming together to make one fab gin. Nose: Peppery juniper, waxy peels and a subtle hint of resinous oak. Palate: Wave after wave of orange and lime notes, with pine in the background. Finish: Floral vanilla, red pepper spiciness and a touch of clove.
