This sparkling wine is made from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Meunier grapes, all of which are sourced from California vineyards. The sparkling wine is produced in a traditional method, with secondary fermentation in the bottle. It is then aged on the lees for a minimum of two years. This Blanc de Blancs has a lovely golden hue and a delicate nose of white flowers, citrus, and brioche. On the palate, it offers a creamy mousse and flavors of ripe citrus and baked apples. The finish is crisp and clean, leaving a lingering hint of almond and brioche. Nose: Aroma is very pleasant. Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice. Finish: Long, delicate and complex.
