Citadellle Gin is copper pot still distilled and made from 19 botanicals from all over the World. The infusion of these botanicals happens in three days in which time the Gin gains its character. Size: 750mL Proof: 88 (44% ABV) Origin: France Distillery: Maison Ferrand Beautifully balanced, it is elegant, soft and and long in the mouth, with an alcohol content of 44%. A perfect equilibrium between intensity and finesse. Nose: Scents of fresh flowers like jasmine, honeysuckle and of course some juniper berries. Palate: Anise, citrus and cinnamon with a touch of pepper, juniper is still present. Finish: Moderate in length the finish is quite piquant.
