Each bottle is hand numbered with the batch and bottle number, and a portion of the proceeds goes to the Wounded Warrior Project. Notes of citrus, ginger and coriander jump through the juniper. Located along the banks of the Byram River in Port Chester, NY, StillTheOne Distillery is the first distillery in Westchester County since Prohibition, and the world�s first distillery to produce gin distilled from honey, called Comb 9 Gin. StillTheOne is situated in a manufacturing district, surrounded by welders, metal fabricators and commercial fishing vessels�hard-working surroundings that inspire the founders to do their best every day.
