This small-batch whiskey is made from a blend of locally-sourced grains, including corn, rye and wheat, and aged in charred American oak barrels. It has a light, slightly sweet aroma of caramel and honey, with a hint of oak and spice. The flavor is smooth and mellow, with notes of toasted oak, vanilla and a hint of dried fruit. The finish is long and smooth, with a lingering hint of spice. Nose: A delicate aroma. Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour. Finish: The finish is unique and complex.
