This Barrel Rested Gin spends 50 days relaxing in a charred oak barrel, giving it a distinct, warming character. Cinnamon notes abound on the nose, leading to an earthy smokiness and a hint of that familiar juniper taste. Size: 750ML Proof: 88 (44% ABV) Origin: United States Distillery: Cutwater Spirits Old Grove Gin is made in honor of the Torey Pine of California, which they feel is reminiscent of juniper. It uses additions of rose and coriander as well as the signature juniper. The Barrel rested expression is given some time to age in American oak, giving the gin a light color and flavor reminiscent of whiskey. Nose: Cinnamon notes abound on the nose.
