Size: 700ML Proof: 86 (43% ABV) Origin: United Kingdom Distillery: Dr Eamers' Emporium A dry gin from Dr Eamers' Emporium, which is sporting a rather sleeker look than the rest of the bottlings. It's copper pot distilled (the still is called Doris, by the way) with nine botanicals, including lemon thyme and Tellicherry pepper, a type of peppercorn which must be more than 4.25mm to be termed Tellicherry - and with bigger size comes less heat but more fragrant notes. Now you'll be suitably armed to talk peppercorns at your next dinner party. Nose: Aroma is very pleasant. Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour. Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
