Bottled up at a cask strength of 62% ABV, it's an impressive expression from the relatively young Wisconsin distillery. Nose:�Toasted oak and dustings of clove, with softer notes of vanilla and butterscotch. Palate:�The vanilla continues on the palate alongside poached pear and apple pastries. Sweet oak and barbecued corn build beside prickles of pepper and cinnamon. Finish:�A well-balanced end with warming spice and toasty sweetness lingering.
