The gin is then aged in freshly charred new American oak barrels to create a bold and complex flavor profile. The high alcohol content of this gin makes it perfect for cocktails that require a bit of extra punch. Nose: Delightful aroma. Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour. Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
