Fresh mint is the star botanical in this show, creating an ultimately refreshing spirit. Splash with some tonic, garnish with a sprig of mint and you're all set. Alternatively, if you're feeling more adventurous, the addition of mint in the gin means it makes a smashing twist on a Mojito. Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming. Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in taste. Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
