Distilled in small batches using a unique glass still. Crafted from 12 botanicals: lavender, orange rinds, orris, lemon rinds, fennel, juniper, grains of paradise, cardamom, coriander, cedar leaf, angelica, and Maui Gold� pineapple. Nose: Aromatic fresh-cut floral and citrus bouquet with a hint of forest air. Palate: Sweet, dry, and floral, with mint and fresh cracked black pepper. Finish: Clean with citrus and fading juniper. Hali'imaile Distilling Company is a Cinderella story of the LeVecke family. The family�s experience in the Spirits industry spans over half a century. Nearly two decades ago two brothers started their original micro-distillery on the island of Maui.
