The gin for cocktails! Multi award-winning London Dry Gin designed for mixing by professional bartenders. Made by 8th generation gin distiller with the input of over 150 bartenders. A modern twist on a classic style of gin. Size: 750ML Proof: 90 (45% ABV) Origin: United Kingdom Distillery: Thames Distillery Fords London Dry Gin comes to us from the Thames Distillers in London with help from Simon Ford of The 86 Co., the chaps behind Aylebury Duck Vodka. For the botanical selection, the distillers cast their net far and wide, using a varied selection from around the world, including Grapefruit Peel from Turkey, Jasmine from China, Angelica from Poland, Lemon Peel from Spain and more, as well as Juniper from Italy. Nose: Sweet juniper, jumps out from the start, followed by some hot pepper pops. Palate: Juniper all up in your palate. Floral notes, with citrus and coriander playing sidekick roles. Finish: More juniper? Of course, even the finish is rich with juniper! The Thames Distillery was established in 1996 by Charles Maxwell, an eighth generation Gin distiller. The company has devised hundreds of Gins, and currently, produces around 60 Gins for different brands � from international brands to small-scale operations for bars.
