Grape pomace is fermented and slowly distilled to extract layers of complex character � this is crisp and fruity, great for sipping but would work wonderfully in some Italian coffee-based cocktails! Nose: Delightful aroma. Palate: Rich ripe fruits and crisp floral notes combine with intense, spicy pepper heat. Finish: Finish is very long and very satisfying.
