With the familiar coastal hints coming through clearly, balanced by robust malt and whispers of chewy fruit, this is an approachable expression well-suited to sipping neat or with your favourite mixer. Nose:�Clotted cream, distant beaches, malty sweetness. Palate:�Apricots, a hint of earthy, smoky peat, red liquorice. Finish:�Gingersnaps, still quite creamy. Hamiltons whisky is the blending and independent bottling brand of one of Scotland�s smaller whisky groups, Angus Dundee. As well as releasing whisky under the Hamiltons label, the company owns two single malt distilleries, Tomintoul in Speyside, and Glenacadam in the Highlands, as well as owning various whisky brands including Scottish Royal and the Dundee.
