It's made in the style of an Old Tom gin and there's no sugar added, with the sweetness coming from the botanicals. There's fresh peach, Madagascan vanilla and milk thistle seeds, with a bouquet of chamomile, jasmine and orange blossom, bottled at 41% ABV. It's fab with tonic and a slice of fresh peach to garnish. Nose: Aroma is very pleasant. Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth. Finish: Perfect, long lasting finish.
