Hoppe Jonge is an unaged jenever made by famous producer Bols. A classic example of balanced 'Dutch gin' with notes of juniper and malt. Size: 1L Proof: 70 (35% ABV) Origin: Netherlands Distillery: Undisclosed Distillery Gin Hoppe Jonge Genever 1L belongs to the longstanding Dutch tradition of Jenever also known as Genever, a spirit commonly associated with gin. Both gins and jenevers use juniper to give a spicy flavour but the latter tend to be more conservative in the combination of botanicals and to contain malt which adds a malty note absent from gins. Gin Hoppe Jonge Genever 1L is a fine example of Youg Genever with a light malty touch and a delicate juniper aroma. Ideal for gin purists! Nose: Delightful aroma. Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice. Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
