Description:
Hand Picked and Hand Sorted, partially de-stemmed and fermented in open top vats for more than 20 days. Aged in barrel for 6 months. The Chardonnay is hand picked, sorted, and gently pressed to release the natural golden juice, then fermented and aged in barrel for 6 months. Size: 750ML Proof: 80 (40% ABV) Origin: France Made from the best Mother Earth has to offer: sustainably grown grapes from the C�te-d�Or and water from historical French springs. The Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes are hand-selected for this unique bottling of vintage gin. The wine is fermented and aged individually in oak barrel for 6 months. After blending the wines together, it is then distilled one time in a copper pot and six times in copper columns, followed by filtration four times. Nose: Essence of sunflower, lilacs, and verbena come to life on the nose. Palate: White pepper and caper berries, melts across the palate. Finish: Refreshing and warm finish.
