This small batch, organic gin won a Double Gold Medal, 2015 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, Best in Show at the 2015 Los Angeles International Spirits Competition, and a Gold Medal at the 2015 Spirits Prestige International (SIP) Awards. Size: 750mL Proof: 94 (47% ABV) Origin: United States Distillery: Koval Distillery The Koval Dry Gin is made from the grain base of their award winning Whisky, and of course the addition of juniper, grains of paradise, rose hip, angelica root and coriander. This crisp Gin has a slightly higher content of alcohol which gives an even bigger kick of taste� Sweet! Nose: Wildflowers and juniper are two main participants that encircle the senses. Palate: Very dry with virtually no sweetness, spices and herbs play along and with the undertone of cereals. Finish: A dry and long finish. Koval Distillery is a craft distillery located in Chicago, Illinois. It is the first distillery within Chicago's city limits since Prohibition.
