This was launched to celebrate their 5th Anniversary and it delivers in every way imaginable. For this one, the distillery used the same recipe as that of their award-winning Ki No Bi gin, but tweaked it to ensure the flavours work at a slightly higher abv of 50%. The results are a mouth watering expression that is up there with our favourite Japanese gins of all time. Truly magnificent. Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming. Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth. Finish: Quite long and warm.
