2019 was the 100th anniversary of the establishment of Japan-Finland diplomatic relations. To celebrate this incredible milestone, the Kyoto Distillery sent a distinctive Japanese botanical to the Finnish Chiro Distillery that they then used to create this special gin with the sensitivity of Curo. To celebrate this incredible milestone, the Kyoto Distillery sent a distinctive Japanese botanical to the Finnish Chiro Distillery that they then used to create this special gin with the sensitivity of Curo. Based on spirits made from 100% Finnish whole grain rye, they expertly blended a range of botanicals from both countries and the results are astounding. This is an exceptional expression that any gin-lover will adore. Nose: Full-bodied aroma. Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour. Finish: Rich and smooth.
