Crystal clear, un-aged tequila that allows its 100% agave flavor to shine. This is tequila at its simplest. Size: 750mL Proof: 80 (40% ABV) Origin: Mexico Distillery: Francisco Quijano Lunazul Blanco is a simple, great-quality Tequila. It is double distilled in stills once used in Cognac production. This was awarded the awards at the 2008 and 2009 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Nose Refreshing fruity nose exhibiting tropical and apple notes with a healthy dose of salt and citrus, similar to that of fresh agave. Palate: The palate is semi-viscous and peppery with ripe fruit tones giving way to crisp citrus notes and a hint of vanilla. Finish: Wonderfully balanced finish with long lasting citrusy, peppery, and herbaceous notes. Francisco Quijano came to Tierra de Agaves in 2007. A decades-long veteran of the tequila industry, he found great potential in our 100% agave tequila, grown and distilled on our estate.
