It was crafted with a selection of nine botanicals including juniper, coriander, iris, angelica, sedge, liquorice, cinnamon, cardamom and bitter orange, which are infused with alcohol for 24 hours in a traditional copper pot still before distillation. The solution then goes through 19 days of refinement before the product is filtered and bottled at 43% ABV. Nose: Full-bodied aroma. Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice. Finish: Perfect, long lasting finish.
