In a world full of trends, being classic is being original. It's very delicate on the nose, with herbal notes including lemon thyme, mint, sweet cucumber, and a lot of citrus. Size: 700ML Proof: 80 (40% ABV) Origin: Spain Distillery: Mascaro An elegant, refined Spanish gin from Mascaró, who started producing their drinks back in the 1940s. Gin 9 focuses around the bright, spicy, subtly pine-y notes of juniper, with hints of citrus and black pepper coming through on the mid-palate. Enjoyable over ice, and also rather good for classic cocktails. Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming. Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end. Finish: Clean,crisp and smooth.
