It's titled Eilean a Cheo, and features the likes of dandelion and red apple among its botanicals, leading to a fruity, herbal, slightly floral flavour profile. Just 300 bottles were released. Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming. Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end. Finish: Perfect, long lasting finish.
