Apples are distilled separately, before combining with gin, which includes an array of botanicals such as juniper, cloves, coriander seeds, pink pepper, and citrus peel. Nose: Crunchy green apples, crisp and fruity with plenty of lemon and lime zest, and a hint of orange. Palate: Warming spices combine with prickly pepper, juniper, and apple peels on the finish. Finish: The finish is unique and complex.
