The spirit is then steeped on blueberries, distilled to 150 proof, filtered through 3 particulate filters and bottled at 80 proof. Palate: Full-bodied on entry, mid-palate Turkish delight sweets, orris root and candied ginger finish, balancing floral aromas with earthly Rutherford dust base. Finish: A warming finish.
