This single malt comes from a mystery Orkney based distillery and is the first in North Star's Periodical collection, which sees it bottling up some incredibly special odds and ends of casks and batches that it has resting in its archives. Nose: Delightful aroma. Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour. Finish: Finish is very long and very satisfying.
