This process allows the botanicals of the gin to come through in a softer, more natural way, making this gin ideal for those who like a more delicate profile. Nose: The nose is bright with a lot of juniper� there�s nutty hints of coriander seed, licorice and grapefruit zest. Palate: The palate is a strong spirit edge� juniper and citrus. The Bombay Sapphire distillery at Laverstoke Mill is situated within a Conservation Area and Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) in rural Hampshire. The River Test flows through the site creating unique wetland habitat throughout the distillery.
