Because it's forget-me-not flowers. Y'see, the joke there was... Oh, you get it. Anyway, the eponymous fragrant flower is joined by heather, lemon myrtle, and citrus peels, all helping to bolster its flavour profile. The Scottish distillers have also included blue pea in the recipe, meaning the gin itself has a subtle blue hue, and it'll turn a pale pink when mixed with tonic. Nose: Delightful aroma. Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth. Finish: Clean,crisp and smooth.
