The distillery was built on the historic location of a salmon saltery. The resulting gin is dry, with a strong juniper flavor. The use of a pot still rather than a column still means the flavors are bolder and more complex. Nose: Full-bodied aroma. Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice. Finish: Perfect, long lasting finish.
