Size: 500ML Proof: 102 (51% ABV) Origin: Kenya Distillery: Procera While the original Procera Gin was made with Martinis in mind, Procera Red Dot Gin was made to be a bold, versatile gin that will stand up to being used in mixed drinks and the like. This fantastic Kenyan gin features Juniper Procera once again, along with five African peppers (selim pepper, black pepper, elephant pepper, alligator pepper and ashanti pepper), as well as oyster shell, locust bean, seaweed, tea, mace, myrrh, honey, orange, lemon and coriander. Spectacular in a Negroni cocktail, and it'll certainly do very well in a G&T, too. Nose: Full-bodied aroma. Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth. Finish: Rich and smooth.
