It is made from a blend of both pot-still and column-still rums, aged for a minimum of two years in French oak barrels. The rum itself has a deep golden hue, with a nose of fruit, spices, and a hint of caramel. On the palate, it has notes of vanilla, oak, and dark sugar, with a slight hint of smoke. The finish is warm and smooth, with a lingering sweetness. Nose: Impressive depth on the nose. Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice. Finish: Rich and smooth.
