Experience the unique flavor of this delicious gin. Size: 750ML Proof: 90 (45% ABV) Origin: United States Distillery: North Shore Scofflaw Old Tom is a high-proof, smooth, rich, full-bodied gin. It's crafted in the traditional style, but with a twist. It is distilled in small batches with a combination of seven botanicals, including juniper, coriander, orange peel, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cassia bark. The botanicals are then steeped in gin for six weeks before distillation. The resulting spirit is filtered through activated charcoal to remove impurities and has a lovely honey color. Scofflaw Old Tom is made in small batches, with hand-labeled bottles. Nose: Aroma is very pleasant. Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end. Finish: Finish is smooth and long.
