This variant has been bottled at a rather potent 51% abv (102 US proof), and is recommended served very cold, neat or on the rocks. Nose: Sweet candied orange, berry, and peppery spice aromas. Palate: A supple entry leads to an oily, off-dry medium-to full-bodied palate with lemon peel, white pepper, and mild piney juniper flavors. Finish: Finishes with a lightly tannic, citrus, and pepper fade with some tingling heat. Hiram Walker is Canada's largest distiller and blender.
