Size: 750ML Proof: 80.8 (40.4% ABV) Origin: United Kingdom Distillery: Sipsmith Distillery Inspired by classic London Dry Gin and the citrus gin of the early 1900s, Layer on sweet sun dried lemon peel, lemon verbena and vapor-infused fresh lemons. Nose: A glaze of biscuity sweetness with an unmistakable citrus twist. Palate: Fresh, zesty, warming zing with an underlying hint of vanilla. Finish: A warm, licorice laced finish reminiscent of the very best lemon drizzle cake. Sipsmith is a microdistillery located in London. It is the first copper-pot distillery to open within London's city limits in nearly two centuries. It is a subsidiary of Beam Suntory since December 2016.
