The infusions are described as floral, citrus zest, and juniper--the floral implies a bit of a modern flavor profile but for the moment we have opted to list it as a classic dry style gin. (In a favorable review by the Gin Sin, they descibe it as something in between a classic and modern gin.). Nose: Light juniper up front with citrus and vanilla. Palate: Clean, creamy, and smooth with juniper, sweet citrus, and a whiff of butterscotch. Finish: Medium length with a surprising dash of spice at the end. The word temperance means �total abstinence from all alcholic liquors.� Company is located in Temperance, MI. Full name is Temperance Distilling Company. Today They have over 60 clients producing more than 100 unique beverages for all different markets, demands, tastes, and locations. Pretty much the furthest thing from total abstinence.
