This expression was matured in Apera fortified wine and red wine barrels, before being transferred to casks that previously held Starward's own brewed ginger beer, where it was allowed to mingle with the warming spice until bottling in 2021. Nose: Aroma is very pleasant. Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour. Finish: Perfect, long lasting finish.
