Alongside the subtly vegetal, peppery notes of watercress, you'll find more traditional elements like warming juniper spiciness and a whiff of floral breeze. Superb in a G&T with plenty of ice and a fresh slice of cucumber. The Still Sisters team is helmed by a pair of sisters, armed with a bespoke copper still named Storm and a host of locally-sourced ingredients. Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming. Palate: Peppery juniper leading into the earthy notes of watercress, with subtle lavender, angelica, and liquorice root hints developing underneath. Finish: Perfect, long lasting finish.
