Spanish for "Two Cousins," Dos Primos Blanco is the product of families coming together to create a superior tequila. It's infused with the bonds of loyalty and the comforts of home. Founders Thomas Rhett and Jeff Worn wanted to create a tequila that blended Mexican tradition with southern sensibility - a deep respect for nature, hospitality, and living life a little slower. Size: 750mL Proof: 80 (40% ABV) Origin: Mexico Distillery: Destiladora Gonzalez Lux (DGL) Inspired by family, friends and their love of the outdoors, cousins Thomas Rhett and Jeff Worn sought to create a great tasting tequila that could be enjoyed year round and shared with people they love -- regardless of the season or activity. In 2019 they founded the Dos Primos Tequila company, which produces Dos Primos Tequila. Spanish for "Two Cousins," Dos Primos is a Blanco tequila made from hand harvested 100% blue agave sourced from the estates in Los Altos and the valley area of Jalisco, Mexico. Nose: Earthy herbal notes followed by hints of citrus and floral hues. Palate: Sweet cooked agave, with notes of floral and citrus. Finish: Smooth and lingering. Located just outside the city of Arandas, in the highlands of Jalisco, DGL sits in a prime location for the superior agave used in our premium tequilas. DGL continues the decades-old partnership in making tequila between the Lux and Gonz�lez families. DGL's new distillery, in true Gonz�lez tradition, uses the same methodology to produce award-winning tequila as the family�s Destiladora Gonz�lez Gonz�lez (DGG) has been using for more than 150 years.
