It's so special because it's made from the angel�s share of the distillery's Japanese Gin, which would otherwise be lost to evaporation. Hence why it's named Watenshi, which is the name for a Japanese angel. Through managing to collect it, the distillery yields just 15ml of spirit per distillation. Each batch of Watenshi yields just six bottles - talk about small batch! The unique gin is presented in a hand-blown decanter bottle, finished with silver. This is certainly one to sip slowly. Nose: Full-bodied aroma. Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth. Finish: Finish is lingering.
