This excellent Japanese craft gin comes from Kagoshima's Sata Souji Shoten distillery, most famous for making a range of delicious shochu. Size: 720ML Proof: 94 (47% ABV) Origin: Japan Distillery: Sata Souji Shoten distillery This "Natsu" bottling was created using as many as six different types of botanicals, including orange, juniper, tea and plum. It's a bold and delicious expression that is slightly spicy and salty with lots of sweet fruit in the background. A must try for gin-lovers. Nose: Aroma is very pleasant. Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth. Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
