Its botanical selection features the likes of local juniper, rosehips, linden flowers, and plenty more traditional ingredients. Post-distillation, Slovene linden honey is added to the spirit, imparting the classic Old Tom sweetness. Nose: Delightful aroma. Palate: Enjoyably bright and floral, with a good helping of fresh lemon shining through. Spicy juniper and cardamom in the background, balanced by subtle sweet honey notes. Finish: Finish is smooth and long.
