The rum is then filtered and bottled at 40% alcohol by volume. Caroni 1998-2022 23 Year Old Trinidad Rum is a blend of rum, matured in barrels for 23 years, with a sweet and smoky flavor. Nose: A delicate aroma. Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice. Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
