Size: 700ML Proof: 84�(42% ABV) Origin: United Kingdom Distillery: Cornish Rock Cornish Rock has gone and bottled the best of summer in this Orange Sunset Gin. Distilled in small batches, the spirit marries all the usual suspects with the addition of pink peppercorns and citrus peel. Rather unusually, it's then matured in a vat with the addition of Valencia orange peel for three months. The citrusy gin is bottled at 42% ABV, boasting a warm orange hue, and should do very well with either tonic or ginger ale, with a wedge of orange on the side for good measure. If there is a sunset in sight, that wouldn't go amiss either. Nose: Aroma is very pleasant. Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour. Finish: Long, delicate and complex.
