Size: 700ML Proof: 92�(46% ABV) Origin: Haiti Distillery: Distillato Di Canna da zucchero Haiti Moon Collection Rum is distilled at the Barbancourt distillery in Haiti.�It is true that Haiti's national drink is clairin - a type of rum made from fresh sugar cane juice - but it is in Barbancourt that full-fledged rum is produced.�It was created in 2004, based on fresh sugar cane juice, subjected to column distillation, and then put into oak barrels of American bourbon.�It was aged in Scotland and bottled in 2012 in a limited edition of 1,800 individually numbered bottles. Nose: A delicate aroma. Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour. Finish: Rich and smooth.
