JUST is a dill-flavoured version of the classic London Dry, with a delicious, distinctive taste. Size: 700ML Proof: 82.6 (41.3% ABV) Origin: Sweden Distillery: Just Gin Just Gin is a Swedish tipple produced in Borensberg from just five botanicals, with Swedish dill the centrepiece. In the spirit you'll also find juniper from the Austrian Alps, grains of paradise from West Africa, Mediterranean sweet and bitter almond, and liquorice root from Ceylon. The botanicals are macerated for an entire two weeks before distillation. Keep it simple with a G&T and a handful of blueberries to garnish. Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming. Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end. Finish: Lingering finish.
