Size: 750mL Proof: 94 (47% ABV) Origin: United States Distillery: Koval Distillery The Koval range from Chicago has made a selection of lip-smacking spirits, and in 2016 they added a barrel aged gin to their range! As ever for Koval, this comes presented in a wonderfully well-designed bottle - a treat for the eyes and the taste buds! Nose: Florals and juniper with a bit of honey. Palate: Vanilla and caramel peaking through the juniper notes. Finish: Long and full of wood spice and nutmeg. Koval Distillery is a craft distillery located in Chicago, Illinois. It is the first distillery within Chicago's city limits since Prohibition.
