It has a rich feel, moving towards toastiness while retaining tangy citrus and white fruit flavors. Ouvrage subtly unveils the full personality of the terroirs, translated through the four emotions of Lallier Signature Style: Intensity, Purity, Freshness, and Depth. A great gourmet Champagne � rich & deep. Ouvrage pairs beautifully with the most delicate dishes such as caviar, scallops, and langoustines. A very nice match too with white meats and crisp vegetables. Nose: The aromatic notes of the cuv�e Ouvrage are elegant and complex; dominated by buttery and brioche aromas, lightly toasted and complemented by the deep fruitiness of dried apricots. Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice. Finish: Warm Finish.
